Asante Kotoko have formed an eight member committee to oversee the club's campaign in next season's CAF Champions League.

The Porupine Warriors return to the continent's premier club competition after clinching their 22nd domestic league title a fortnight ago.

And with their determination to make a meaningful impact in the competition, the board has constituted the committee tasked with overseeing the prospectively successful campaign.

"This committee was put together to thoroughly plan the club's Champions League return," Kotoko's Public and Supporter Relations Manager Listowell Bukarson told GHANAsoccernet.com.

"Management wants to plan ahead of time because it takes a lot to play in the competition.

"We have a lot of confidence in the committee and very hopeful that it will plan well to enable us make appreciable impact on our return to Africa for the first time in four year."

The committee is being chaired by board member Jerry Asare and has Alhaji Lamini, Ben Nti and Samson Deen as members.

The others are Nana Kwame Dankwah, Opoku Nti, Kwame Baah Nuakoh and Dr. Kwaku Frimpong.
