Kotoko line up BA Stars friendly following league game postponement

Asante Kotoko will play second tier side BA Stars in a friendly match on Sunday.

The friendly is to keep the team busy following the postponement of their week 7 Premier League clash with Hearts of Oak.

All other week 7 fixtures will be honoured this weekend except for the Kotoko-Hearts game due to the unavailability of the Baba Yara Stadium.

The stadium in Kumasi has been hired by the opposition New Patriotic Party for a religious function on Sunday.

As a result, the super clash between the Ghana Premier League giants has been rescheduled to take place on November 18.

Kotoko remain unbeaten so far this season haven drawn four and won two in the top flight.

They are currently fourth on the Premier League log as they attempt to successfully defend re title they won last term.
