Asante Kotokoà have releasedà veteran midfielder Stephen Oduro, MTNFootball.com understands.
The dribbling wizard has been told he has no place in the new Kotoko set up following the acquisition of several big name players for the upcoming season.
Management promised to organize a testimonial match for him when he finally decides to retire from the sport.
Oduroà joined Kotoko in 2000 where he has been since except for a brief stint in the South African Premier League with SuperSport United.
It is unknown if the the former Ghana youth international will hang up his boots or sign for another club.
Oduroà has been linked with a move to Medeama SC.
