Asante Kotoko have confirmed they made US$ 300,000 from selling duo Siedu Bansey and Abdul Aziz Yusif to Egyptian Premier League side FC Smouha.

Striker Bansey cost the Blue Waves for US$ 200,000 in a two-year deal but 10% paid to the agent who brokered the deal.

Yusif cost the Alexandria club US$ 100,000 and a 5% agency fee paid.

Kotoko Acting Chief Executive Opoku Nti has promised to invest the money into the transfer market to sign quality replacements.

The Porcupine Warriors have signed striker Obed Owusu of Berekum Chelsea and Medeama’s Richard Oti.

Also signed are centre-back Akwesi Acheampong and goalkeeper Eric Ofori-Antwi.
