Kotoko thrash King Solomon in friendly

Asante Kotoko have beaten second tier club King Solomon 6-2 in a friendly game on Thursday, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

A brace by Michael Mensah was complemented by that of Michael Anaba, Augustine Okrah, Yahya Mohammed and Nafiu Mohammed to seal the win in the game played at the Opoku Wari Secondary School.

The match forms part of preparations by the club ahead of the weekend's league clash with Wassaman United.

Kotoko currently lie top of the Glo Premier League table and are bent on maintaining that position throughout the campaign.
