Asante Kotoko advanced to the next stage of the Elite Cup after whitewashing Wassaman 5-0 on Wednesday afternoon in their return leg clash.
The Porcupine Warriors, who were shocked 1-0 last week in the corresponding fixture, sealed progress 5-1 on aggregate.
Goals from Christ Bonney, Latif Amadu, Ahmed Toure,Prince Baffoe and Stephen Oduro ensured the club returned to winning ways.
Kotoko will join fifteen other clubs who have qualified to the next stage of the novelty competition where they will be drawn into four groups made up of four teams each.
The clubs in each group will play against each other on a home and away basis.
Three points shall be awarded for a win and one point for a drawn game.
