Ghanaian champions Asante Kotoko's trip to South Africa for a four-team tournament has been moved to July 29.

The competition was earlier fixed for the middle of July.

Two South African clubs and another African club which is yet to be named would join Kotoko for the competition.

"They sought to know whether the new date will be fine with us. The new date will not affect our programme so we will participate," Kotoko spokesperson Listowell Bukarson said.

"Our training sessions are on course. We are gearing up for our pre-season assignments to get into proper shape." he said.

Kotoko will play CAF Champions League campaigners Berekum Chelsea at the Accra Sports Stadium in the 2012 President's Cup match on July I.
