Ex-Kotoko striker Eric Bekoe is in line to rejoin the club next season after the giants started talks to sign him.

The Porcupine Warriors are in negotiations with his Egyptian club Petrojet for the striker’s return.

Kotoko officials say they are keen on luring their former attacker in their quest to reclaim their status on the African continent.

Bekoe is currently recuperating from an injury that has kept him out of action since for over one year.

The Egyptian league resumed for Petroject in the post-political upheaval in the North African country but the Ghanaian player has not played.

Bekoe’s capture will be instrumental for the side who are bent on winning the Premier League title next season.

He was the Ghana league’s top scorer in 2008 .
