Asante Kotoko coach Maxwell Konadu has confirmed new players will be added to the squad before the transfer window closes.
The Porcupine Warriors confirmed the signing of two players - Yussif Mubarik and Emmanuel Keyekeh this week.
However, according to Konadu, they are not done with their transfer business yet as they will be making one or two signings in the coming weeks.
They have been linked with re-signing of midfielder Justice Blay from Medeama and promising attacker Mathew Cudjoe. The two players featured for Kotoko on loan last season.
"One or two players will be added, but since we have not concluded negotiations with them, we cannot make their names public,” Konadu told reporters after the team’s first training.
"The CEO is doing his best to ensure he wraps up talks with their representatives.
"We just have to be patient and wait for the negotiations to be concluded."
Kotoko will be competing for trophies in three competitions, including the CAF Champions League, in the upcoming season.
