Kwabena Owusu: Ghana forward set to miss the rest of the season for Ankaragucu due to health issues

Ghana forward Kwabena Owusu may have played his final match for Ankaragucu as injury will see him miss the next two games against Boluspor and Keciorengucu in the Turkish League one.

The 24-year-old was hospitalized for two weeks due to serious illness after participating in a sports program on Ostim Radio

He will be unable  to play in the Boluspor and Keciorengucu matches due to his health situation.

The Ghanaian may have also played his last game for the club since his loan deal will expire at the end of the season.

Kwabena Owusu joined Ankaragucu from Azerbaijan side Qarabag on a season long loan.

The Cordoba forward has played 23 matches and scored 10 goals and registering four assists.

Kwabena Owusu has been instrumental for the club in the ongoing campaign, he is a fan favorite and the technical handlers at the club are satisfied with his work rate.

Ankaragucu are hoping to sign him on a permanent deal.
