Ghana International Kwadwo Asamoah insists Juventus' win over Bologna in the Italian serie A on Saturday was an important one as the "Old Ladies" inch closer to another title.

Juventus beat Bologna 3-1 to open a 6 point gap following a neck-to-neck title race between the Turin giants and Napoli.

Few weeks ago the Naples side beat Juventus in Turin to close the gap to just point, with four games to end the season, however Napoli faulted with defeat to Fiorentina and a draw at Torino, meaning a draw in the next game for Juventus will see them crown Champions for the seventh year on a row.

Kwadwo Asamoah who played the entire game quickly posted on Instagram after the game," Important Victory."

Juventus will wrap up the scudetto title if they get a point in Rome against Roma next Sunday.

The Ghanaian will be winning his 6th title since joining Juventus from Udinese in 2012.

Meanwhile, his destination next season hungs on the thread as he is reported to have refused to sign a new deal with the Italian Champions and he is being linked with a move to Inter Milan.
