Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah could leave Juventus this summer as the Italian club are seeking to sign left-back Fabio Coentrao in the summer.

Asamoah, who is has played in the left-back position for the Serie A club this season, is facing an uncertain future following the revelation.

His future with Juventus has been thrown into doubt after Italian newspapers reported that Juventus are keeping a tab on Real Madrid left-back.

Reports in Italy indicate Juventus are on the hunt for a new left wing back as Asamoah hasn't slotted in as well as they would have liked.

Coentrao could command a transfer fee of £21m, which could prove affordable for the Juventus who will qualify for the Champions League.

The Portuguese defender has racked up 29 appearances for club and country this season.

Asamoah might yet stay at Juventus because of his versatility but he must player in attack before he can be considered a serious first team starter.

Udinese and Juventus are said to have already held talks over the permanent stay of the Ghanaian at the Old Lady.
