Ghana coach Goran Stevanovic has confirmed Adam Larsen Kwarasey as his new first choice goalkeeper.

The Serb handed the Norway-born gloves man his debut last Friday and kept him between the sticks last Monday against Brazil where he earned rave reviews after distinguishing himself.

Stevanovic announced the choice for the 24-year-old at a pre-match conference to the Brazil friendly.

Kwarasey replaces Richard Kingson who is without a club at the moment.

The Strømsgodset ace has been successful to depose the former Blackpool goalkeeper after failed attempts by locals Sammy Adjei, George Owu and William Amamoo.
