Lavezzi’s agent reveals European interest

The agent of Paris Saint-Germain forward Ezequiel Lavezzi has revealed that several clubs are keen on signing the player, despite the fact that there has yet to be a concrete bid made for the Argentine.

Lavezzi is out of contract in the summer and believed to have been put up for sale by the Parisian club in an attempt to get his lucrative salary off the wage bill.

“The interest of big clubs is normal when a player like Lavezzi can move for free.” said Lavezzi’s agent, Alejandro Mazzoni, to Le10sport.com. “Many clubs have already shown an interest.

“As for a move to Inter or Juventus, we haven’t heard anything from those clubs, but a move can be resolved quickly.”

The 30-year-old has made 17 Ligue 1 appearances this season, although the majoirty of these have come off the substitutes bench as he has started only three matches.
