Lazio have turned down a late £15.5m move from West Bromwich Albion to land Keita Balde Diao to the Hawthorns, according to Il Corriere dello Sport.
It is understood the 21-year-old wants to leave the Serie A side and also Monaco have been heavily linked with a move for the Senegalese winger, who is contracted at the Stadio Olimpico until June 2018.
