Legon Cities congratulates Matthew Anim Cudjoe after securing AFCON U20 qualification with Black Satellites

Ghana Premier League side Legon Cities have congratulated Matthew Cudjoe upon reaching the 2020 WAFU Zone B U-20 tournament final and qualifying for the U-20 Africa Cup of Nations.

The Black Satellites defeated Niger 5-3 on penalties in the semi-finals on Tuesday.

Matthew Cudjoe featured in the game for the Black Satellites and was substituted in the second half before the game went into extra time and then to the penalty shoot-out.

In a post on social media, the club has contributed his the youngster on securing qualification to the finals and AFCON.

"Congratulations to ?? @ghana_fa_official and our star @mathewcudjoe16 for reaching the finals of the WAFU Zone B Cup of Nations in Benin and also for qualifying for the 2021 U-20 Africa Cup of Nations in Mauritania"

Ghana face Burkina Faso in the finals of the WAFU Zone B U-20 tournament.
