Legon Cities FC intensified their preparations for Sunday's trip to Dawu to face Dreams FC with a workout at the beach.
Head coach Goran Barjaktarevic complained about the fitness levels of his players after the 3-1 defeat to Asante Kotoko last Friday.
He decided to move from the playing pitch to the shores to get his boys conditioned for the task.
Legon Cities FC are chasing their first win of the season after drawing one [against Liberty Professionals] and tasting defeat against Kotoko.
Their opponents Dreams FC are third on the table but tied on points with leaders Medeama who have amassed all six points.
