Legon Cities will pick a positive result against Asante Kotoko if players apply right techniques – Saeed Adnan

Legon Cities assistant coach Saeed Adnan believes his team can secure a positive result against Asante Kotoko if the players effectively apply the right techniques.

The Royals are set to face the Porcupine Warriors at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium on Wednesday in a rescheduled match for Week 6, with kickoff scheduled for 7 PM.

Currently, Legon Cities find themselves at the bottom of the league table, having scored just four goals in seven games. Only Dreams FC has a poorer record, with two goals this season.

“It's just unfortunate that all those men up front are not finding the back of the net, but all of them are good scorers,” Saed said in his pre-match presser.

“We are hoping that most of the technical drills we've done on scoring will reflect in the game.

“I believe that, with the practice we've done and the improvement we've seen in some of them, applying the techniques we want them to use in the game will yield results.

“When they apply the right techniques in the game, we'll get the results.”

Asante Kotoko have an opportunity to go joint-top of the league table if they win as they are currently second on the table with 15 points.
