Liberty Professionals coach David Ocloo has conceded they were wasteful in front of goal in their draw against Bechem United.

The Ghana Premier League clash ended 1-1 at the Carl Reindorf Park in Dansoman on Monday. Liberty took the lead through their captain George Ansong, who scored from a header to give the home side the deserved lead.

Bechem United was awarded a penalty in the 54th minute in the second half and Steven Owusu was up to the task as he got the equalizer for the away side.

"I’m quite disappointed with the results because we shouldn’t have drawn this game, we have instead picked all the three points but sometimes that is how God work, we’ve gotten a draw and I’m happy with that," Ocloo told the media after the game.

“I’m happy with the draw because we did not lose. There is a say that half of the bread is better than none but this is a match we are supposed to win, if we were a bit clinical in front of goal, we should have scored not less than four goals."

Liberty's next game against Elmina Sharks on Sunday.
