Liberty Professionals gaffer David Ocloo has expressed satisfaction in his side's 1-0 win against Karela United on Sunday, describing the victory as a hard-fought one.

The Scientific Soccer Lads had to wait until the second half to score the only game of the game and make it back to back home victories for the first time this season.

'It was a hard win, we will put it that way," he said after the game. "Because we had to dig deep to get the win so we thank God for the win," he added.

Elvis Kyei Baffour netted the goal after a brilliant combination play with strike partner Mubarik Alhassan, which coach David Ocloo praised as a product of their practice prior to the game.

"We have been working on combination play a lot and thank God it paid off today.

David Ocloo feels his players should have scored more after squandering several chances.

"The first half wasn't that good, we did not apply the principles very well. Attacking and defending we didn't do it well but after switch of systems in the second half, it worked," he said.

"We deserved more goals, you could see that we created many opportunities but our finishing wasn't that great."
