Liberty Professionals FC have confirmed the signing of a goal poacher Emmanuel Paga on a two-year deal.
Paga joins the Scientific Soccer Lads from Division One side Vision FC where he netted 9 goals in 11 league appearances.
The 21-year-old striker took the Ghana second-tier like a storm during the 2019-2020 season before the league was halted by the COVID19 pandemic.
The Dansoman based side took to their official Facebook page to announce the signing of the new striker to fill the shoes of former player Elvis Kyei Baffour who joined Tunisian top-flight side AS Soliman.
“We are happy to announce the signing of hotshot striker, Emmanuel Paga from Vision FC. Scorer and creator of goals supreme, Paga was among the best players in the Division One league, scoring 9 times in 11 appearances.” Statement made my Liberty Professionals.
“I’m happy to join Liberty Professional FC. I’m here to give my best to them to reach the top of the league,” Paga said.
“I want to use this opportunity to thank everybody who has been part of my journey so far to this level. I will prove my worth here like a did with Vision FC. I’m ready for the league.” He concluded.
Paga already had a short stint with FC Dallas U19 scoring 13 goals during his seasonal stay with the USA based youth club before joining Vision in 2019-2020 season.
