Liberty Professionals whizkid Latif Atta Blessing has expressed hunger for further success after masterminding Kotoko's defeat in the Ghana Premier League last weekend.

The 17-year-old attacking midfielder orchestrated Kotoko's downfall at the Alhaji Sly Tetteh Memorial as the Scientific Soccer Lads fought from a goal down to claim a 3-1 victory.

Liberty are seeking to perpetuate their resurgent form in the Premier League with a positive results over regional rivals Great Olympics.

"It was a great win and I was happy for the opportunity to play and be influential in the win. I'm hoping to get more playing time to build on my performance against Kotoko. I've a lot to show Ghanaians and the rest of the world," he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

Blessing, who made his debut as a 16-year-old for Liberty Professionals in the current Ghanaian league season, reveals he was once rejected by Kotoko when he trialed out with them as a 14-year-old boy in the 2011/12 season.

"I trained with Kotoko in the 2011/12 season but they told me I'm talented I was too small and I can't take me so I returned to my village," he revealed.

The youngster joined Liberty Professionals from Ghanaian lower-tier side Blessing FC.
