Liverpool and PSG join race to sign midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah

Liverpool and PSG have joined the race to sign Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah, TMW has reported.

The in-form Udinese enforcer has emerged as a massive transfer target for a host of top European clubs this summer following his startling performances for the Italian outfit.

The 22-year-old is believed to be close to joining English giants Manchester United who have reportedly table a 12 million pounds bid for his services with newly-installed Italian Champions Juventus also in the race.

But reports claim Liverpool and Paris St Germain have made enquiries about his availability.

The ambitious French outfit a have lot to spend since the Qatar Investment Authority bought a controlling stake in the club last year and can meet the Little Zebras valuation for his services.

Udinese have booked their place in next season Uefa Champions League but are unsure about the future of their prize asset following increasing demand for his signature.
