Liverpool 'one of many EPL sides tracking Juventus star Ramsey'

Football website TransferMarketWeb have claimed that Liverpool are one of a number of sides tracking Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey, after the Welshman has endured a difficult first season with the Italian champions.

A number of niggling injuries and a whole host of talent in central midfielder has limited 29-year-old Ramsey to just 12 starts under Maurizio Sarri this season. The 58-time Wales international has scored four goals for Juventus, since his free transfer.

Ramsey is a proven Premier League player and was largely underrated during his time at Arsenal, where he scored 65 and created the same amount of goals during his 371 Arsenal appearances. He has a contract at Juve until the summer of 2023.

It is believed Juventus want to keep Ramsey as he continues to show signs of settling into Juve’s style of play. But the report also claims that Manchester United could land the Welshman in a deal that would see Paul Pogba return to Juve.

Meanwhile, the report also stats that a return to Arsenal could materialise, while Liverpool and Chelsea are tracking him.
