Liverpool probable XI: Klopp to leave Mane and Firmino on the bench as he makes a host of changes

Atalanta could be set to face a heavily rotated Liverpool as they travel to Anfield for matchday four of this Champions League season.

The Premier League champions comfortably beat the Nerazzurri when they met in Bergamo before the international break, claiming a 5-0 win, and have one foot in the last 16 already.

As a result of their position and group and injuries, TuttoMercatoWeb report that Jurgen Klopp could look to make some changes to his XI.

Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Trent Alexander-Arnold are all absent, forcing a change of selection at the back. Klopp, then, is likely to select Neco and Rhys Williams, Joel Matip and Kostas Tsimikas at the back.

Up top, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane look to start on the bench, making space for Divock Origi and Takumi Minamino to come into the side.

Liverpool’s probable XI is as follows: Alisson Becker; N. Williams, R. Williams, Matip, Tsimikas; Curtis Jones, Georginio Wijnaldum; Mohamed Salah, Diogo Jota, Minamino; Origi.
