Interviewed by Slovakian broadcast TV Markiz, Karol Csonto, agent of Liverpool centre-back and club icon Martin Skrtel (31) talked about the chance for the player to leave Reds, after as much as 8 seasons and a half spent playing for them: "Sure, Skrtel is likely to take off, he'll play for a different team 90% next season. Besiktas are one of the clubs interested in him, but we can't confirm Martin will join them or any other side, yet". Skrtel is currently on a deal with Premier League giants until June 2018, and his annual salary amounts to about 5.2 million euros at the time.
