Manchester City are watching PSV Eindhoven fullback Jetro Willems.
The People says City was heavily represented in Amsterdam at the Oranje's friendly against France.
And the player they were again keeping tabs on was the PSV Eindhoven left-back.
Willems, 21, struggled to overcome an injury in the earlier part of this season and was on Newcastle United's radar during the January transfer window.
But the defender, who has already amassed more than 100 appearances at senior level, has been scouted intensively since then by Manchester City.
