Man Utd primed to make £39m bid for Real Madrid ace Kroos

Manchester United are ready to launch a big-money bid for Real Madrid's Toni Kroos.

According to RMC, the Red Devils are preparing a €50million (£39.4m) offer for the German midfielder who is already the subject of interest from other top clubs around Europe and the UK.

Kroos, 26, could leave Real this summer but the Spanish giants are demanding a fee of no less than €45m.

It is believed that United are prepared to go beyond that valuation to land the World Cup winner but will face competition from French champions Paris Saint-Germain, who have reportedly opened talks with the player's representatives.

United's Premier League rivals Manchester City and Arsenal have also been linked with the former Bayern Munich star.
