​Man Utd to undertake summer tour of China

Manchester United have revealed a pre-season tour in China ahead of the 2016-17 Premier League campaign.

United will spend eight days in the Far East country, playing two games, and their opponents and fixture dates will be announced at a later date.

"Manchester United has strong historical links with China, and we are very proud of our relationship and of our fans throughout the country," United' executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward's told the club's official website.

"We have always enjoyed exceptional support in the country, so naturally, it is something that everybody is very much looking forward to this summer."
