Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure has also been linked with a move to the Chinese Super League, although there are no confirmations yet according to ESPN. The English transfer window may have closed, however, the Chinese’s one remains open until 26 February. Toure’ agent Dimitry Seluk revealed this week he expects Toure to leave the Premier League when Pep Guardiola takes over City as manager at the end of the season. The Daily Telegraph reports three Chinese clubs are interested in the Ivory Coast international. They claim that Toure could stand to earn double his current wage in China, netting nearly £30 million a year.
