Sky Sports reports that last summer Manchester United bid around £145m for prolific Brazilian striker Neymar. Currently playing for Barcelona Neymar has scored 21 goals in 27 appearances this season. Speaking on Spanish radio, Neymar’s father stated "Manchester United is the club that offered €190m for Neymar,", however, he went on to say that Neymar is happy in Catalonia and still has two years left on his contract.
