Manchester United are poised to make a move for Marseille midfielder Andre Ayew, English radio station Talksport has reported.
The 21-year-old Ghana international has been lighting up the French league this season.
He has already attracted interest from Italian club Sampdoria as well as a host of German outfits.
Apparently Alex Ferguson sees Ayew as a young Paul Scholes after he impressed for Ghana in last year’s World Cup, and again in last week's goalless draw between United and Marseille in the Champions League.
