​Manchester United are planning a dramatic overhaul of their scouting system, ​Mirror Sport reports.  Executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward is plotting to merge the academy and first-team talent identification operations in order to create a more efficient approach as the club attempt to poach the hottest properties in world football.  The Red Devils have teamed up with Nolan Partners as they bid to discover and recruit the best scouts in a move which will see them make up to 40 appointments...
