MARCA Survey: Real Madrid fans believe Zidane's time is coming to an end

In a MARCA survey conducted after Real Madrid's elimination from the Supercopa De Espana, the fans believe that coach Zinedine Zidane should have been able to do more with the squad he has available.

All the fingers weren't pointed at Zidane, as the limits within the Real Madrid squad were also cause for concern.

In the first question asked, the fans were asked what the main cause for the Supercopa elimination was, and it was almost a three way tie between the level of the squad, at 25 percent, the changes made by Zidane, at 28 percent and the poor performance of the players, at 30 percent.

In the second question, which asked who came out worst from the defeat, Zidane was the clear 'winner' as he collected 53 percent of the vote.

When asked about the coach's decisions and who was missed in the match against Athletic Club, the overlooking of Odegaard was a clear point of contention for the fans, though 40 percent decided no one was missed.

Throughout the survey, the dissatisfaction was clear, and when asked if Zidane's time was coming to an end, a massive 72 percent agreed with that sentiment.

Other notable conclusions from the survey were that 56 percent of fans believe that Sergio Ramos' contract situation is affecting the team's performance, and after Zidane, 23 percent of fans believe Eden Hazard has come out of the debacle worse.
