Olympique Marseille star Andre Ayew is targeting victory against Lyon next week after beating Toulouse on Sunday to maintain their seven-point lead in the Ligue 1.
The Ghana winger played the entire duration after returning from the international break to help Marseille post a 2-0 win courtesy Nicolas Nkoulou and Andre-Pierre Gignac.
Ayew says the next important thing is to take all three points against Lyon in next week.
“After this game the most important thing is the game next week against Lyon,†Andre beIN Sports.
“We all know how important next Sunday will be and we have to ensure we pick up all three points.
‘’We have to recover quickly because we looked tired getting to the end.
‘’When I see Marseille fans this happy it makes me proud and glad at what we are doing at the moment.
“We also have to have in mind that it’s the ending that matters and we should not ignite anything.â€
