Marseille hope for Andre Ayew magic in Uefa Champions League

Olympique Marseille Sporting director Jose Anigo believes Ghana winger Andre Ayew is the man to lift Marseille out of the current crisis.

The former European champions are still searching for their first win in the five week old French Ligue 1 after an unimpressive start to the campaign.

Ayew is on his way to recovery after sustaining an injury on international duty with Ghana last weekend.

However, ahead of Marseille's clash with Olympiakos in the Uefa Champions League on Tuesday, Anigo believes the 21-year-old's return to full fitness will be an end to the current goal scoring headaches at the club.

"You need good information. Mathieu (Valbuena) made ??the session and it was untenable, he fared fine. Dede has worked in front of goal and he look ready seemed to go. Tonight, they looked like guys who can be effective in the future" he said.

So why can't this dumb Ghana coach try and use Dede as a striker and play the wingers we have in Albert Adomah and Quincy Abeyie? And by the way, did anyone watch Nana Akwasi Asare in action over the weekend---scoring 2 clinical goals to help his club win? I wonder if this coach watches all our players or not...does he even do what he's paid to do rather than just assembling a group of talented foreign based players for each game? That is no coaching oooooo...GFA, what is the real duty of this coach? To assemble players who already know their stuff or to identify new ones from our league, groom and train them for positions to allow competition...or what? Coach Plavi, what is all the 65,000 dollars a month for? FA needs to explain some of these things to us ooo...because seriously, not even Obama, nor the Executive Director of the world bank earns this amount per month....and i mean per month ooo! Yet he sits there and say, the left back position is 'problematic'...and GFA morons just look on? If its problematic, what do you pay him for? God save Africa/Ghana, y3 gyimi dodo...!
