Nottingham Forest have sacked boss Martin O'Neill after just over five months in the job.
The Northern Irishman, who won two European Cups with the Reds as a player, was appointed manager at the City Ground in January.
His exit comes less than a week after assistant Roy Keane left the club.
Forest were four points outside the Championship play-offs when O'Neill, 67, took charge but he was unable to guide them to a top-six finish.
