Goalscorer Emmanuel Osei-Baffour was named Man of the Match as his Aduana Stars side beat WAFA 1-0 on Sunday.
The striker found the back of the net in the 54th minute to seal the points for the Fire Boys.
The Fire Boys failed to break down the Academy Boys in the first half as the visitors look resolute and compact.
Aduana lost their spark in recent matches and were held to a 2-2 draw last week against Ebusua Dwarfs.
For WAFA it has been back-to-back defeat in their two away matches on the road.
