Midfielder Sadiq Alhassan has been voted Man of the Match in Karela United's victory over Liberty Professionals on matchday 15 of the Ghana Premier League.
The defensive midfielder produced an outstanding display in the heart of midfield to free partner Umar Bashiru.
Alhassan was resolute in the middle, winning and distributing the ball effortlessly.
Umar Bashiru opened the scoring in the first half after meeting a brilliant cross from forward Kwame Boateng.
Boateng who assisted the first goal then notched in a last minute goal to ensure the Anyinase boys ended the first round top of the table.
Sadiq Alhassan was winning the accolade for the first time this season.
