2020/21 Ghana Premier League: Inter Allies' Andy Okpe named man of the match in home loss to Asante Kotoko

Inter Allies FC youngster Andy Okpe was adjudged man of the match in their home defeat to Asante Kotoko SC in the round 29 fixture of the Ghana Premier League on Monday.

The "Eleven Is To One" lads succumbed to a 3-2 loss at the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu in the hands of the Porcupine Warriors.

Okpe netted one of the goals for Allies as the other came from midfielder Alex Aso who was set up by Nafiu Sulemana.

Emmanuel Gyamfi opened the scoring for Kotoko, Evans Adomako with his first goal in the Red shirt added the second.

Young defender Andrew Kwadwo Appau scored the match winner with his maiden goal in the Ghanaian top-flight for Kotoko.

Allies remain bottom of the league standings whiles Kotoko are levelled on points at the summit with bitterest rivals Hearts of Oak.
