Hearts of Oak captain Fatawu Mohammed was adjudged Man of the Match in his side's win over Asante Kotoko in the Super Clash played on Sunday.

The Phobians defeated the Porcupine Warriors by a lone goal kind courtesy of a 66th-minute strike from Daniel Afriyie Barnie.

The two teams were tied on points and played what could be a potential title decider for the 2020/21 season.

Hearts protected their unbeaten run and extended it to nine games without a defeat in the ongoing season.

Fatawu Mohammed continued with his impressive performance this season plying down the right wing with his crosses and passes in the game.

He was able to keep Kotoko speedster Emmanuel Gyamfi on cold throughout regulation time.

The right-back has been superb for the Phobians under Samuel Boadu and has managed to help his side secure an important win against the arch-rivals Asante Kotoko.

Hearts of Oak has currently opened a three-point lead on top of the table after this win.
