Medeama coach expects positive response on Sunday

Medeama head coach Bashir Hayford expects his players to respond positively when they travel to Ebusua Dwarfs on Sunday at Cape Coast.

The Mauves and Yellows fluffed their lines against Asante Kotoko last weekend when a Ben Acheampong’s first half blistering header ensured

Seven wins and nine defeats have dented their quest to push for the title but Hayford is not giving up.

"I believe we'll come out good against Dwarfs even though I admit it will be very difficult," Hayford told medeamasc.com

"I have a team that hate to lose matches back-to-back and therefore I know they will fight for the three points in Cape Coast.

"We lost against Kotoko but that is history and it important to fight on if we want to catch those at the top."
