Medeama will miss the services of two key midfielders Malik Akowuah and Victor Ayireh for their Confederation Cup playoff first leg at AC Leopards due to suspension.
The duo has recorded two yellow cards each from the previous qualifiers against Panthers FC, MAS Fes and Zesco United.
Medeama, debutants, face a daunting task to reach the Group stage of the continent’s second-tier competition against the 2012 winners.
The first leg will be played at the Stade Denis Sassou Nguesso, Dolisie on 19 April and the return encounter in Sekondi on 27 April.
AC Leopards were eliminated from the Champions League by Sudanese side Al Hilal.
