Nuhu, who played for Ghanaian top-flight side Medeama, joined the German outfit for a whopping transfer fee of â¬8 million.
The German side will pay an additional â¬2 million depending on the number of appearances the powerful defender makes in his first season with Hoffenheim.
Nuhu has been forcing his club to allow him to make the move to Germany after their initial reluctance as they see the centre-back as key to their Champions League plans for next season.
