Medeama are seeking to gazump Hearts of Oak in the race to sign Eleven Wonders starman Salifu Ibrahim, according to reports.
Hearts are believed to have reached an agreement with Eleven Wonders over the midfielder.
Salifu is reportedly in Accra to have medicals before signing a three-year deal with the Phobians.
But, Medeama want to hijack the move by offering him a better contract.
The Mauve and Yellows officials are said to have landed in the capital to convince the player to snub Hearts.
The 20-year old's impressive performances for Techiman Eleven Wonders saw him earn a call up to the Black Stars.
Salisu earned four consecutive Man of the Match Awards during the start of the season.
