Published on: 15 October 2012

Medeama striker Hans Kwoffie has been ruled out of action for at least two months after he suffered a  horrible injury during their  Premier League clash against Ebusua Dwarfs.

The impressive attacker completely broke his hand on the 30th minute mark from an innocuous challenge at the Tarkwa and Aboso Park.

He has been flown to Accra where is expected to be further assessed by experts at the Ridge Hospital.

The absence of the dependable striker will be a massive blow for the Mauves and Yellows who are chasing their first Premier League crown.

Medeama have jumped to the summit of the League table after two wins from two games.
