The Black Meteors fought from a goal down to draw 1-1 with Premier League side, Ebusua Dwarfs in a friendly on Thursday at the El-Wak Stadium.

This is part of preparations of the national U-23 side ahead of the All Africa Games in Maputo, Mozambique in September.

A second half strike from winger Emmanuel Ackun appeared enough to cap an impressive showing by the Cape Coast lads but a late strike from striker Mahatma Otoo denied them the victory.

Striker Gilbert Fiamenyo who was struggling with a hip injury was given the all clear to feature after visiting the hospital earlier in the day.

The Black Meteors would be playing AshantiGold on Sunday in another friendly before embarking on a training tour of South Africa.
