Michael Baidoo plays full throttle as FK Jerv extend unbeaten run to five games in Norway

Former Ghana U-20 midfielder Michael Baidoo played the entire duration as FK Jerv continued their impressive run of form with a 1-1 draw at Kongsvinger. 

The 21-year-old starred in midfielder putting up a solid performance to ensure Jerv picked a vital point away from home.

Jan Martin Andersen gave the hosts the lead at the half-hour mark but Jerv recovered strongly in the second half as Ole Marius Habestad leveled in the 65th minute.

Baidoo's formed has been crucial for Jerv, having scored the winner against Strommen and provided an assist in the victory Ull/ Kisa.

Baidoo was making his 19th appearance in the Norwegian second-tier this season.

He is playing on loan from Danish top-flight side FC Midtjylland.

The former Vision FC player has now scored two goals in the league this campaign for Jerv.

Jerv are currently sitting at the 7th position on the league standings with 28 points from 21 matches.
