Bechem United midfielder Seth Kwadwo is expected to part ways with the club when his contract expires at the end of the current Ghana Premier League season.
The 22-year-old joined the Hunters ahead of the 2022/23 campaign and quickly established himself as one of the club’s standout performers.
Known for his vision, versatility, and work rate, Kwadwo became a fan favourite at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park and played a pivotal role in Bechem’s midfield over the past two seasons.
He was named Bechem United’s Player of the Season in his debut year after scoring three goals, providing 10 assists, and winning six Man of the Match awards.
His form continued into the 2023/24 season, where he registered three goals and 11 assists, earning a call-up to the home-based national team, the Black Galaxies.
Although an early-season injury limited his involvement in the current campaign, Kwadwo has returned to full fitness and made 11 league appearances so far. Despite the setback, his quality and influence remain evident.
With his contract set to expire, the deputy captain has attracted interest from clubs both locally and abroad.
His representatives are currently in discussions to determine the next step in his career as he prepares for a new challenge.
