Mohammed Kudus hoping for an improved performance next season

West Ham United midfielder Mohammed Kudus is determined to help his team bounce back stronger next season after a disappointing 2024/25 campaign.

The Hammers currently sit just above the relegation zone, a stark contrast to their Europa League quarterfinal appearance last season.

Kudus believes that the setbacks will serve as motivation for the team to achieve more in the future. "100%, that should be the focus and that should be the standard every season," he said. Personally, Kudus views setbacks as opportunities for growth.

The 24-year-old midfielder had a tough season, scoring only four goals in the Premier League, half of his tally from last season. However, he's focused on learning from his experiences and improving in the 2025/26 season.

Kudus' future at West Ham remains uncertain, with several clubs showing interest in his services. Before the summer transfer window, Kudus and his teammates will face Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday.
